Privacy

Private by default

The other person never sees your exact words, only a fair summary.

Deleted fast

Your words are deleted once you've both shared. Unfinished mediations are wiped after 30 days.

Kept only if you both agree

An agreement is saved only if you both say yes. Either of you can delete it.

Never sold

We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

AI

Your messages and any screenshots you add are sent to a third-party AI service so Soulve can reply. We ask before the first time. It's used only to run Soulve, never to sell or advertise.

Trusted providers

Secure hosting and AI providers process your data on our behalf, only to run Soulve.

Your account

Your email, name and photo, until you delete your account in Profile.

Your rights

Ask us to see, export or delete your data anytime. In Spain you can also contact the AEPD.

Safety

Soulve isn't therapy or a crisis service. In an emergency, call 112.
